Christina Mann, LSCSW, provides coaching and training to Kansas schools in the areas of multi-tier system of supports (MTSS), mental health, social emotional learning (SEL), school climate, trauma-responsive practices, and positive and restorative behavior supports for the Kansas Department of Education’s TASN project, Kansas MTSS and Alignment. Christina has led large, federally funded innovative projects connecting schools, mental health, substance abuse prevention, juvenile justice and law enforcement systems. She has served as a school administrator, community mental health center supervisor and leader, grant writer, and has provided direct clinical services to children and families. Her most recent passion project has been developing a new school climate model using data from the Kansas Communities That Care survey to help schools center their culture and climate in empowering relationships that build people’s voice, agency and connection.
