Kacie Olson is an Implementation Coach for the Kansas Learning Network responsible for providing direct technical assistance to Comprehensive Support and Improvement Title I schools and districts in Kansas. Olson always knew she would be an educator and counselor because she loves children and opportunities to impact them. As an Adaptive Schools Trainer and Cognitive Coaching Agency Trainer, she holds the belief that answers live within a group and no one person holds all the knowledge. She looks at every moment as an opportunity to grow through experiences. She recognizes planning, reflecting and collaboration are intentional choices and behaviors that she wishes to foster through coaching.
