Kayla is an Implementation Coach and Process Manager for the Kansas Learning Network responsible for providing direct technical assistance to Comprehensive Support and Improvement Title I schools and districts in Kansas. Kayla uses coaching to build the capacity of educators with the belief that individuals hold answers to their own questions. She recognizes that all voices belong at the decision-making table. She is passionate about ensuring this through the use of facilitation skills she models as a Thinking Collaborative Agency Trainer. Kayla hopes that every person she supports will leave the conversation in a better place as a result of her intentional coaching lens.
